The consensus estimates on SCI have to be conservative. For example, I think there is significant upside in 2000 revenue growth beyond the 18% forecast by the MSDW analyst. Second, SCI has done a good job of broadening their business away from the PC-centric mix of as recent as 6-8 months ago. They picked up great business from Nortel and have a greater and growing mix of telco-tech business. Third, they now have a CFO!! for the first time in 5 years. And today they announced the addition of a former Solectron manager to be their new COO. The penetration of the Israeli tech business is also a strategic win.

These are all positive fundamental developments.
With a couple of solid quarters I reckon they will enjoy some multiple expansion catch up relative to the rest of the top tier names. Their last Q was a little light on revenue. They need to eliminate those. FWIW
