<<Miss Manners aside, I suspect there may be language in TOU that essentially prohibits
insulting a poster on the basis of race, religion, national origin and all that. I do not plan
to tolerate such insults. If you think they're cool, give it your best shot.>>

Michael, what exactly is TOU??

I agree that it's rude to insult the beliefs of others. I think you have taken offense where none was meant, with respect to Del's post, for one. My recollection, correct me if I am wrong, is that it wasn't directed at you. It may well be that you FELT insulted.

I further agree that it's rude to insult anyone on the basis of race, religion, national origin, and so on.

As for my "fit", from my perspective, at least, it was a simple statement of opinion. I see no reason to rehash the particulars, as it would only cause hard feelings, I think. Yes, talking about sex is on my list of "no-nos" that can be, and are, ignored. On the other hand, my sex life is private, and I'd prefer it if you kept yours private, as well. The difference is in discussing matters impersonally, and putting on a peepshow. I am not an habitue of peepshows.

MM! I am only splashing around in this stream, and I find a lot of what we called, at sleep-over camp, bloodsuckers.

Del, this evening, has been hostile to unanimity, to eucomenism, to a coming-together.

Any post that rejects this idea is not rejecting a religion. It is rejection a land-grubbing, two-valued orientation system of building fences. And Robert Frost was only right in context.

Take it easy, ok.
