Sounds really good to me! The mare is a real nut case, determined to destroy every poor person in town who won't kiss his ass. He is completely demented, and is determined to infuriate anyone who has a merciful or tender heart for the homeless. This man cares more about protecting crooked terroristic cops than about keeping the poor crazy street people warm and fed. The very idea of a normal compassionate person, like young Cuomo, letting that bastard manipulate funds for the poor is disgusting. It is great that Cuomo took legal steps to protect the homeless.
