Micron blows away estimates (.85), with earning of $1.19. I suppose another good sign for Intel. John

Amy, Intel investors, Micron Technology blew out their numbers: $1.19 vs. $0.85. GM was Intel-like: 58%. How 'bout 'dem apples. Maybe the hot DRAM company has been Micron all along instead of Rambus. Maybe those great futures for Micron are finally being realized...until the next down cycle. Talk about a trading stock. Don't tell Brinker! siliconinvestor.com Tony

" I think it's a case of Intel behaving like MOST companies - which is a departure from Intel's normal performance. And Intel was crucified for behaving normally - since its every move is observed as if Intel lives in a fish bowl. Don't waste your time looking for the one, singular, identifiable root cause. Paul
