Raser, I would say that a major development would be shipment of a "product line", namely multiple systems all the same to either a military or commercial application.

As to your second questions, I think that the "oversized" valuation are limited to a small number of stock that have high liquidity and thus easy entry and exit, that is where the "crowd" goes. A lot of money is going simply into index funds, and that puts upward pressure on the stocks within these funds. MVIS must reach that critical mass, which it has not, as of now.

As for how far the rally will go, there are really two questions, how high and will the shares stay there to create a new valuation basis. I have no answer to this question.
