I downloadedWinSip 7.0 SR-1 and then installed it. Then I installed Cycode 4.3. When I open Cycode I get "runtime error 339" and : Component "COMCTL32.OCX" not correctly registered. File is missing or invalid.

I did not see vbrun5.zip and I do not now know how to locate it. I have read all of the replies and would appreciate any further assistence. TIA.

I found vbrun5.zip and saved it in folder on desktop. Tried to open and got following: "Cannot open file. it does not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded the file, try downloading again." I had already opened winzip and Cycode. TIA

Finally was able to open vbrun5.zip, but still have problen opening Cycode. First message received was: Setup is about to replace a pre-existing file)s). This may cause loss of data for an existing application. ( I cancelled set-up).

Then, the next message was: Please run setup again and select a new location for application files.

And the final message was: Do you want to delete the installation logfile 'C:\Windows\STSUNST.001'? This file can be useful in diagnosing your installation problem.

Feels like I am making progress, but am at a loss as what to do next. Any help would be appreciated. TIA
