Hi Scrapps, I think this article shows the pressure on BEL from all directions to deploy DSL. The CLECs will come in if BEL doesn't deploy; BEL stands to be sued if they can't provide DSL adequately and timely; DSL will become a significant new source of revenue for BEL as well as DSL l becoming a key differentiator between one telco and another in the new application service provider domain (e.g. SUN's StarPortal via BEL, etc.). I'm going to post this on the WSTL thread since it shows the pressure that is occurring for DSL deployment in a market relevant to WSTL as well as Alcatel & 3COM. Have a Merry, Michael
