Murphy's interview was more of the same.> From what you have read, seen and/or heard DD, did he or did he not call the September/October spike in the POG? Give the man credit for being able to catch a football in the middle of winter and being able to spot manipulation in a market that he had spent 25 years in. I've been in mining for over 25 years and even my wife gives me some credit for knowing a thing or two about scams. Maybe Bill Murphy might have it wrong, but he is the only one that have postulated any credible theory to date. I don't think Bill Murphy is cocky enough to say that it is so, that is who he made the decision to ask his questions in Congress Roll Call, not that he has the answers; but because he is looking for transparency. Remember Watergate? I do think that Slick WJC is cocky enough to try and pull this one over on the unsuspecting US population. After all, the booming is economy the reason he did not get the boot. Unless we are still debating over "that depends what is, is". What is the point of it all, when the next poor SOB that takes over will have a supreme mess to clean up. Where is Bob Rubin when you need him? Winzer

Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! There is a world of a difference between trying to prove a point and making no efforts at all to prove it. I should say that Bill Murphy has made substantial efforts to try to prove his point and has produced considerable evidence which just need some verification. And it is such efforts at proof that lends credibility to his contention that the POG has been manipulated for a long, long time! Why are the efforts of the goldbugs unsettling to you? Don't be too concerned about them. Let them be. If they are wasting their time and money, it's their you-know-what.
