This passage just reminds me of how bureaucratic India was and probably still is -
"A standing committee, with representatives from the department of telecommunications, department of telecom services, wireless planning commission and the information technology ministry, and headed by the department of space, has been set up for expeditious clearance of the proposals"

Too funny, but I guess Saty can jump easily through all the hoops.
