So much Holiday spirit on this thread. You guys are just too far into the spirit of the season for me.

I hope everyone (and yes, I mean everyone) can forget about batteries, zinc-gum, frauds, non-frauds, and stocks for a few days and reflect on some more positive thoughts.

Happy Holidays.

Looks like Bill is playing you like a cheap accordion. Thousands of posts here and the pawns still don't realize how someone else is playing with them.

A fascinating psychological phenomenon.

Flame away, Daniel. Twang, twang.

On the contrary..GUMM is a stock fraud of the first order.

GUMM fraudulently promotes a homeopathic medication as an effective treatment for the common cold. Homeopathy is quackery- a medical fraud. Homeopathic medications do not work and constitute an enormous fraud upon the American public. They could relabel Zicam as an effective treatment for AIDS or cancer - it doesn't matter - because it simply does not work.

quackwatch.com

A small study conducted by "doctors" with a financial interest in GUMM stock (i.e. the Gel-tech charlatans) is not equivalent to doing a legitimate study. That's why real medications from reputable firms have to go through the FDA approval process - a process which is very difficult.

Furthermore, GUMM's little hype job about publishing their phony claims in a reputable medical journal - and then getting laughed out the door - should raise a lot of red flags.

GUMM management fraudulently and criminally promotes Zicam for the sole purpose of artificially inflating the stock price so insiders can cash out at the expense of their small investor victims. GUMM hasn't earned a penny for its shareholders through its cruddy business.

If take issue with the above statement, I invite you yet again to fax it to GUMM corporate counsel and urge them to take legal action against me.

Well....
You are the fraud and I'm fed up with reading your libelous and unsubstantiated fraud crap.
Call the police now!!!! Tell them that someone is logging you into Bills thread, holding your head, holding your eyes open, and forcing you to read his posts. I'm sure that they can do something....
Happy Holidays,
lee
