Wow, sorry but that's an silly statement. Can you imagine what losing 10% of your users means in terms of stock price. If ten percent of your users are unhappy that's a lot.

My guess is that there are 8 people that are put out for every one that is complaining. Most people don't complain, they just move on.

Unhappy user here.

They turned a simple and efficient form of communication into an unreliable mass of confusion. Some things are better left untouched.
