CBS Market Watch should get someone knowledgeable to proof their copy: "Given the 35-day to 40-day transit time from the Persian Gulf to the U.S., we should only begin to notice Iraq's three-week hiatus from exports in January," analysts at Thomson Global Markets said in a research note."
