I used Hoovers to look at the financials: hoovers.com I'm not a good financials person, so I'd welcome your comments. With the IPOs I look for strong quarter-over-quarter revenue growth, but I focus mostly on the sector, management credibility, market share, partnerships, and how much attention the issue gets. Guess I'm looking for high quality overlooked companies that seem to have the potential to gain momentum, and this seems to fit the bill. Here's a second opinion on GRIC: internetstocknews.com Some more mentions: internettelephony.com tmcnet.com PS. A recent issue that also seems to fit the profile but which I've been wrong about so far in the after-market has been Wireless Facilities (WFII). I have this at $49 (recently averaged down from $55).
