You are not seriously offering inaccurate Catholic propaganda as the last word on whether the globe is overpopulated, I hope! Catholics are driven by their faith to create as many new Catholics as possible. They do this by attempting to convert mostly pagan third world people, and by urging people who are already Catholic to have as many children as possible. A byproduct of all this is that this philosophy tends to keep poor Catholic women subservient, as the Church would have them be. This is not good news for women, children or the earth for that matter.
