OK,Jay-- you have us figured,, why do you think we are so quiet? We have nothing to do but add and wait to pick up msft at a discount,,, we feel the same, no regulatory agency would take the embarrassment of even suggesting this not go through,, too small, nothing to do with OS, etc- now lets not spoil the party by expanding the invitation list at this point,,LOL!!!!

question to all:

1) has anyone gotten their msft (vsio-converted) shares yet? i have brown and i'm still waiting for the conversion.

2) what happens to the vsio options (Jan-Jun)? won't they also convert it accordingly? You mentioned that the jan puts will terminate at the conversion date. are you sure about that?
