Steve, yes, but ENER has a long history of not delivering, whether they are once more crying wolf or they deliver this time is a big question. VLNC has been floundering and spending OPM (at the cool tune of more than $175 MM so far) over the last 10 years or so, ENER and Stan Ovshinski, in its various enterprises must have gone through three time as much over the last 30 years. That creates a lot of unhappy "forced" long term investors that will dump along the way. VLNC is only few bucks from an all time high, thus this overhead supply may be gone if some real good news come down the pike, for ENER, they will need nothing short of a miracle.

Last year, OVON, one of Ovshinski other "brainchildren" expired (CH 11) leaving a lot of investors with worthless wall paper.
