Are you familiar with the What Exit Cut? That's from New Jersey I believe! Or is it the Circle Cut?, or better yet the Parkway Cut!

Patrick, I grew up in Kansas City and never even heard of a New York Strip Steak until I moved to St. Louis. Believe me, it will always be called Kansas City in Kansas City, especially at the Golden Ox and at American Royal time! I don't know if anyone ever heard of Putsch's 210 on the Plaza: they always bought the American Royal champion Hereford (and I always felt sorry for it.)
