JDN,
I agree. GBLX and the other suitors made it possible for the NextWave licenses to be made available for the good of the public vice sitting idle. Nextel will probably use every legal loophole possible to try and muddy the waters.

The greatest fear I have is that the FCC will try to be cute and encourage a bidding war instead of letting NextWave and the GBLX consortium to continue with their venture.

I think GBLX sees Nextwave's planned CDMA high data rate Nationwide wireless network as a viable "last mile solution".
