Interesting Rande. PAYV is a pennystock to keep an eye on this week. PAYV is suppossed to file with the SEC this week and become a reporting company. Interesting concept. PAYV is payforview.com. The company plans to deliver movies on demand over the Internet. Wave of the future. The biggest negative regarding this stock is that it's a Nevada company.

Rande: Your post is very interesting. I suppose we could set up scans to find companies that have greater then normal volume, with no price increase for several days. Might be worth while trying to do.

Thanks Rich

Rande,

I've often wondered how to go about "turning in to the SEC", a noted violation. It has always seemed a little like, "call your congressman". Is there an easy and effective way to make such complaints to the SEC? What are your suggestions for doing that in the case of P&D newsletter scams? Do we call or forward the email? and to who? How do we know that the SEC even bothers to look at them?

I would like to be very proactive in this, but have always felt a little intimidated by the bureaucracy.

Thanks,
KT
