Thanks for your good wishes, Frank.

I think you did real well to sell a bit of the common and buy LEAPs, particularly if you feel (like I do) that the market is due a correction come February or so.

I've been buying 2002 Q LEAPs as well, but DIM, as the delta is higher and the cost of the option is not significantly higher.

That's a really good strategy. I wonder if I should exchange some QCOM shares in my KEOGH for some leaps, sans the CSCO.

Wouldn't selling longs and buying leaps be the Replacement Therapy rather than Surrogate?

I did not realize you can buy/sell LEAP in the IRA/KEOGH/401k tax shelter account. I just wonder which brokerage house offers this.
