ALFN closed on 12/23 @ $1.00, up $0.45. It is my understanding that ALFN probably will not trade off the pinks until 1/3/00. You can follow the price on quicken.com enter ALFN.

I agree with you. I think that it is great also. Would have been even better if ALFN never went on the pinks, but oh well. This should be a very interesting week.

Take care.

ALFN-Investor INFO-Strategic Alliances.
FYI-URL Library Update
All of the companies below are somehow involved with or a part of the Toypop Strategy. It is quite an impressive group of companies and Pages in my opinion:
toypop.com (Toypop.com Allotafun's MAIN TOY/VIDEO GAME WEBSITE)
evermore88.com (Pocketghosts/Games Website-Alottafuns soon to be introduced collectible toys)
evermore88.com (Co. building Pocketghosts Website-they have connections to Wizards of the Coast that is owned by Hasbo and makes Pokemon Trading Cards)
think-im.com (Strange unknown ALFN alliance/Something to do with future Marketing)
swartzllc.com (30 Million Dollars/Swartz Private Equity LLC is the company that has an agreement with Alottafun to provide them with up 30 Million Dollars-This money can be used to pay off any debt, advertising, new product development, and possible acquistitions.)
mwkasch.com (Toy supplier/ 1/3 owner of Toypop.com. Kasch is the Largest Privately held Toy Distibutor in the USA. They are Toypops supplier of toys)
micro-ware.com ( Video Game Distributor for Toypop.com)
jacksmerch.com (New owner of Kasch and Warehousing and distribution.
mha.ca (Toypop Website developer)
alottafun.com (Alottafun Corp Website/This site has been somewhat neglected while Alottafun concentrates on Toypop.com)
artoy.com ( ALFN Hong Kong Office)
Hope this info is helpful to anyone interested in Alottafun as a company.IMO Its a GREAT

ALFN is almost like an IPO in some ways IMO. Soon we will be trading on the OTCBB vs. almost no trading at all.
The Company that was sent to the pinks did not have a toy website.
The company sent to the pinks did not have a pocketghosts site.
The company that went the pinks became ineligible for a 20 million investment from Swartz Private eguity. This company is now eleigible.
The company that went to the pinks did not have a 700% increase in revenues in the prior qtr. This increase does not include ALFNs 4th QTR revenue which I predict will be an increase in the thousands of percent.
The company that went to the pinks was not competing with Etoys or ToysRus. Now we have what they have and we are only at 1.00 per share.
I'll say it again! This is a different company in a different arena with TONS of potential to compete in their respective industry.
The company that went to the pinks was not listed in the Gomez TOP 10 Discount online toy stores.
Of course ALFN is not an IPO, but IMO it might as well be!
LONG AND HOLDING!!
