I asked I Jacobs about the prospects of Nextel and IDEN technology ever going with CDMA and He stated that currently there slice of spectrum is to narrow to carry CDMA and that in the future if they were able to get more spectrum then they may be able to entertain using CDMA.IMHO the competition from Wireless Internet has to be putting great pressure on this company to improve there position tn the field otherwise face huge churn to the carriers that have internet capability.

Hey SLacker, Do you or anyone else know the limitations in NXTL/MOT iDEN and spectrum they hold? What I'm looking for are along the lines in data trans. speed and voice/data capacity.
