Zen -- re: your comments to our hapless shorter, Mike Harvey, you are right on. Anybody who either dumps or shorts this stock presplit is playing with fire. And I would also suggest that anybody who tries to time their in/out moves according to the past year's charts is also off the mark. CMGI's momentum and visibility in the marketplace are so much bigger now than a year ago, along with what we see as a likely "flight to quality I-nets" in 2000, I'm not sure you can count on the kind of nose dive we saw last May. Ups and downs for sure, but predictable, timeable? So hard to say. CMGI will continue to defy conventional wisdom in any case.

To each his own, Zen.

You fly by your rules, I'll fly by mine. We're both after the same thing, so why argue about anyone's thinking process?

Incidentally, dunno why you keep harping on the 600 reasons why I shouldn't short this stock - I'm out, remember?

P.S. Maybe there's a reason you haven't heard from Mary Meeker.
