On 12/23 a whole pile of companies whose names begin with K-M (including LUMM) were delisted. This is because the SEC is tightening up their filing requirements for BB-listed companies. Since LUMM is in the process of applying for a Nasdaq listing, they are already on the "full disclosure" treadmill. My own view (as a LUMM long) is that this is nothing at all to worry about.
