Oh boy, time for your daily lessons in reality. If you dont believe me (and you shouldn't believe ANYTHING pro or con you read on message boards without checking them out), here is where you can find evidence that I am correct, and that the "E" is for OTCBB dElisting.

Follow these Easy stEps:

1. Go to www.otcbb.com (for the impaired, thats otcbb.com )

2. Go to the section labeled "Daily List" (its on the right)

3. Search for the Daily List of 12/20/99 (or click on 1999 Index and pick 12/20/99, OR search on LUMME)

4. Read the Daily List of 12/20/99

5. You will see that LUMM had an "E" tacked onto its name.

6. Next, lets find out WHY the E was put there. Click on "Eligibility Rule", you should see the link on the right

7. Click on the document dated 12/20/99

8. READ IT...do you see Lumenon....do you see the word FAIL...this means that LUMM(E) FAILED the test for eligibility on the OTCBB. It does not meet the eligibility for the POS scamridden OTCBB and you touts think it will go to NMS...Get real.

9. Concentrate deeply, so that you fully understand what you have just read...what it means is that LUMM(E) received that nice little "E" because it is not yet in COMPLIANCE with the LAW.

10. What will happen to LUMME...well if you read the document carefully you will see this section:

If the issuer is not compliant with the filing requirement and/or the NASD has not received notification to this effect, on or before January 19th, the issuer's securities will no longer be eligible for quotation on the OTCBB as of market open on January 20th.

If you are not eligible for the OTCBB the only place left is ...the Pink Sheets.

Now, DJ, if, somehow, you can go through this evidence I have generously provided you, and walked you through like a schoolkid, and not agree I am 100% correct, you are even blinder than I had thought.

I challenge you touts to provide this thread with any independent information, as I just have, to prove I am wrong. Substantiate your claim that the "E" is for NMS listing, and if you can't, admit YOU ARE WRONG.

Buyer Beware!
