O/T In re: the Slider debate, I think I made my position on slider clear in prior posts. But a few additional thoughts: Things my father taught me: 1) My honor, is the only thing another man can not take from me. I can only lose it by my own doing. 2) My reputation may be smeared by an enemy, but if I behave honorably, I will be defended by honorable men, and eventually cleared. 3) I should guard my reputation as well as my honor as my most valuable financial assets. I can always earn money back if I am trusted by honorable men. I earn their trust by other honorable men giving me a recomendation, based on my track record. 4) In matters of business, as well as the heart, once someone has lied to or deceived you, they have shown that they do not take personal honor seriously. They should no longer be trusted EVER again. No second chances. 5) There are two types of people. Those that bring joy to a group of people by arriving, and those that bring joy by leaving. Bottom line here: the persona of "Slider" and his behavior on this thread have shown him to be someone not worthy of association, especially as we are dealing with financial matters. In addition, Slider has been mean and abusive to myself and many others here, and a lot of talented discussion that COULD have been going on here HASN'T because of the distraction he has created by his mean attacks and manipulative pump and dump practices. I won't miss him if he gets banned permanently.
