ZD: company has sold ZDTV, ZD Education, ZD market Intelligence, and most recently, the publishing div(PCWeek, etc) with the exception of computer shopper. The tradeshow div (Comdex, Networld/Interopetc)has ben expected to be sold by the new year. It would leave a core of ZDnet(ZDZ) and smart planet. Plan seems to be debt reduction plus focus on digital/new media, which would better mirror Son's other holdings. If receive favorable price for show div, could expect a jump in ZD price. ZDZ shares may be rolled back into ZD stock in some fashion
