Hi Marcos if the Chief has done a private placement with this company I think he should have a disclaimer at the bottom of every post regarding this stock. He doesn't have to tell us his real name but it would be courteous to reveal this information if it's true. I would do that ... I would feel very uncomfortable not doing so as I've watched some people on message boards in years past go to jail for not revealing this type of information.

If I was to invest in this company it would definitely make a difference in my decision making process to know if a poster has been involved in a private placement. Remember you don't know anyone on the Internet ... only you can protect you.

Like I said I don't know if the Chief has actually done a private placement with this company but I would like to see him respond to this question. Please don't call me a nutcase because I care about what companies I invest in. Fuddle may go a little overboard sometimes but in this case I don't find anything wrong with his question.

I don't trust anyone on the internet ... not fuddle or you or the Chief. Nobody should put their complete trust in a person they've never even met but you can usually get to know a poster pretty well over time.

I have noticed in the past that there are a lot of posters who do not offer proper disclosure and I can only hope that in time they will learn their lesson.

Lola:)

I'll tell you what bearing it has. If somebody does a PP at under $0.15 on a stock like this, I would take that into consideration when they start saying that the company might have 13 million+ oz of gold.
I mean let's be objective here...

edit...because of stuff like this from a few posts before lol
