LII's stock repurchase announcement is mentioned nowhere in the prospectus. I wonder if that's an indication that they aren't very serious about really doing it.

If they were really planning to do it, I would think they would want to discuss it in the context of the risk factors for liquidity and so forth that you find in every prospectus.

There just seems to be a bit of mismatch between the emphasis given to the buyback in the PR, and the total silence on the issue in the prospectus. I'm more inclined to believe the latter.

Well, I figure LII stock might be worth buying, but not because of the buyback. I just don't think its something you can count on. If you assume it won't really happen, and then it does, well, that would be a pleasant surprise.
