The sad part is someone like you is dependent on a $20,000 a year clerk who is going to determine what the extent of your care is.
Visited my doctor last week had the flu, he started to write me a prescription for erythromycin, I asked for Z-pack (much stronger, and you only take 5 pills) he told me insurance company didn't want him to write Z-pack (too expensive.)
So now its not which medicine is better its what's less expensive, and I don't have HMO have PPO.
