I miss Bulldozer too! There are so many really neat people offering their time and opinions on SI. Just to name a few of my own heroes... Voltair over on the QCOM thread, Greg "the Frenchman" Mullineaux, Jim Willie, Uncle Frank, Dealer, Gizelle Otero, Poet, Cosmo Daisey and the Jewish Carpenter, (whenever he shows up, he's worth a chuckle). There are many more of you out there but can't recall just now... too busy feeling great about a fabulous QCOM & JDSU day and marveling about these wonderful times we live in. Thanks to all of you who provide great content... it makes wading through the wacky stuff worthwhile. Here's to a great Year 2000!!

BIRI, t2, Ponderosa et al.. Yes I'm still here and monitoring the thread every now and then. Thank you for your kind comments. Perhaps the most poignant statement in your posts was the fact the thread now revolves almost entirely around the stock* and not the business or industry. And that is commentary that I simply do not wish to engage in. JDSU is still a very large holding and I view their prospects as better than ever. My time is spent analyzing their products, positioning and customer markets - not the stock price. If JDSU does their job, the stock will more than take care of itself. Happy New Year to all.
