BinkY2K,

It's even hard for us longs to believe the cycle can be broken! We adopted a "if you can't lick 'em use 'em to your advantage" strategy. For the past 2 years my friends and I have been slowly and steadily accumulating shares. Most have quadrupled positions and did the bulk of it between $6-8 when volume would average less than 20,000 shares a day and a 5,000 share sell order would knock it down substantially.

But REFR and their licensees have come through (If you have a chance read Hanglas AR on their website - SPD mentioned on p.15). Even with the stock price stagnant, the progress made with the commercialization activities has been tremendous. And though it will be nice to have been in on the ground floor with this, we who have waited patiently welcome those of you who see the tremendous opportunity. I think we're glad you waited until now or we never could have accumulated our large (albeit relative to our own net worth) positions in this stock. I can assure you that approximately 4 million shares of this stock is not for sale at any where near these prices. We still believe that our earnings from product royalties will exceed the current share price and that the real money will be made as those products are introduced into various markets.

It's been a long wait, but a worthwhile one. I am glad that you can be with us for the last mile of this marathon!

ND
