We will probably received 1 share of A for every 3 or so shares of HWP sometime next May-June.

It will be recorded as a special distribution to shareholders.

The 3-to-1 ratio is derived by using the number of shares of A that HWP owns (around 400M) and the number of shares HWP has outstanding (1.1B).

Yes, you will receive A shares sometime this summer...I calculate .373 shares of A for each HWP share you hold.

Here's the calculation in a previous post:

I believe my math was correct since I have seen investment bankers using the same number.
