They cover all 50 states. ...bad old days when I paid by the hour When I lived in Hong Kong, we had to pay an outrageous P-NET charge (HKSAR Tax) by the hour. It doubled the already expensive ISP bill. I'm just curious. Have you tried the free ISPs? It is my understanding that if you have AOL installed, AOL prevents you from using NetZero.net. However, there are several others: freei.net, altavista.com, juno.com. However, I'm not sure if they have local access numbers for Hawaii.
