Youlu: Thanks a millenium for the WSJ article. Extremely interesting & relevant, IMHO, to CMTO's trading pattern of recent weeks. The article provides a particular perspective of the machinations TERN likes to perpetrate not only upon the investment community, but also upon the CableLabs folks. It appears that Mr. Rakib's talents, while based in technology, lie more in the political arena. His tactics, IMHO, would merit accolades from the professional folks in Washington. Hopefully, the folks in Lexington, CO, will not succumb to the tactics of Mr. Rakib to "guide" the DOCSIS standard toward his TERN model. I would think that any merit offered by TERN's patented technology would be weighed against the inequities thereby created among the many cable modem manufacturers for whose benefit, in addition to consumers, such standards are sought. Have a Happy New Year everyone. Off to Santa Fe for the festivities.
