Absolutely and that's my point. We don't know which. Yet almost every post on this thread the last few weeks has made the assumption that since we have heard nothing then the company must be doing nothing and therefore it is up to us to take some action. I believe the assumption is emotional and it is my personal belief that this type of uninformed uncoordinated action is dangerous. I have given that opinion before so I won't belabor it just restate it here. Everyone here is an adult and can make their own decisions.

The fact is that the court made a clear ruling that CCO must be compensated.
