Did you notice how the company is worth less than zero? They have no book value per share, because their liabilities exceed their assets by $246,275.

They may have filed it, but either the SEC has been slow getting it online or the SEC has not yet approved the filing. There is no trace of this filing online at sec.gov

Just wanted to come and say.... I told you... whether you want to admit it or not... THEY WILL FILE...LOL. Man it has been a long time hasn't it. Alot longer then we all wanted to admit... but, were still around... hows Firmanda or whatever it was doing for you? Seriously though... happy new year.
