Last thing I heard was Gus was heading up to the hospital to see him with fruit basket and live plants. Surely he would have checked with MJ prior to making the trip to Portland. Guess we'll find out tomorrow.

I just tried patient information, and got referred to the nursing station. The nurse says he's doing fine and probably has the ringer turned off. Last night when I talked to him he was in a lot of pain, and ticked off about not getting enough pain-killers. I talked for a while, he had been given a new one, and it was taking effect while I talked to him. He was also having a hard time getting comfortable, he couldn't lie in any position that didn't hurt.
