I didn't draw all the lines, but I held my short from 41 to 70 and added January 35 puts not long ago because the stock basically sucks. The E-mail encryption product has limited appeal (shown by the meager number of clients) and ZixCharge is vaporware as far as serious corporate alliances. Now we have one day left before the CEO told everyone to sell their shares. If he announces a deal later, he gets sued for lying to his shareholders. Not a company I would want to be long in on Monday, when longs can cash in remaining profits for the 2000 tax year.
