George, that's probably a good example of the worst case scenerio for a net related IPO ($11 opening). IMO a couple of reasons for their relative disaster besides the no name underwriter were 1. Heavy losses of almost 2 bucks a share; 2. Minimal revs; 3. Non-exponential outlook for rev growth.

FNet should be already generating revs far surpassing those NETR had at their IPO with potential for far more. And hopefully investors will be comparing FNet with its competitors like NTOP, IBAS, DDDC, etc, all of whom are $25 a share and upwards.

But even though IMO the revenue potential of NETR isn't that exciting, the fact they have a million listeners is a big positive and should make them a good takeover candidate by one of the big boys. Maybe not a bad buy at less than 9 bucks.

It sounds like Frank will be restarting the road show again soon. Hopefully he will start with the underwriters that did the recent VOIP IPOs as they were all successful. And even at that paltry 11 bucks NETR got for their IPO, I could still RETIRE! But that '65 Vette would have to wait :-)

Bruce wishing all a Happy New Year from Arizona
