Rocket, uf, one of the reasons that the itm May calls on GMST may be cheap is that GMST is still forecasting a 2H 2000 timeframe for TVGIA merger to close--this is an extraordinarily long time frame for a deal announced in, what, October or November, for two companies that are not that complicated to complete a combination. As I have posted before, this tells me that HSR is problemmatic and that thorny news at or about the Spring months may delay or retard GMST's appreciation. This hasn't stopped me from purchasing the same calls <gg>, but it is my thought on what might be going on Happy new year's weekend and healthy, happy and loving days in this new millennium to you all---- Steve
