Tom,
The lawsuit could put a floor on ZIXI, say maybe 23 or so.
Seriously, anyone with a bent for the law out there have a thought as to whether VISA has any liability or is this a total joke? More than one company has been saved from bankruptcy by a lawsuit ruling. Clearly there are no Zixcharge partners. A gap up Monday AM would be met with incredulity & a wave of selling. We'll see.

Tom,

Before there is too much euphoria on the short side; let me make two observations.

1) The stock just bounced off the lower Bollinger Band on the daily charts. This is the first time that has happened since the name change to ZIXI. Until about a week ago ZIXI has been primarily in the Upper Channel. This is an indication of at least some modest technical support for several days.

2) The Option parity point for January expiration is 40. There will be some market forces that tend to pull the price toward that price going into expiration on Jan. 21. ZIXI tends to respect the big option strike points, trading for several days near the numbers that are option strikes.

Not to be a damper on everyone's fun. But I just thought these points were worth mentioning.
