You and I are among the few that don't use pseudonyms. As far as I know, neither one of us has ever been suspended or sued for anything related to our postings despite posting here for several years. An unfortunate dimension of the Internet that seems to provoke more lawsuits than it prevents. I assume Tom Hua is posting under his real name too. He wasn't named in the suit. If ZIXI presses this case, the commercial viability and appeal of their ZixCharge system would probably become the main issue. The resulting publicity could devastate their future business prospects if the details that emerge aren't favorable. Just my opinion, in case ZIXI's lawyers are printing all these posts now for future reference.
