Dale, I am hoping, probably in vain, for an early up spike on Monday so that I can get in a short. But most likely it will gap down. In my opinion, the suit admits defeat in the marketplace so now they try to salvage something in the court system. I really misjudged when I covered my short a few weeks back, I was expecting to re-enter at 90+ and I didn't expect it to breakdown so quickly.
