33% of the volume was from block trades on a down day. Institutions are selling. There must be some concern -- no?

I am looking to be a buyer again of AOL in the High 60's. I have been advised by a very knowledgeable broker at a major securities company that technically AOL is due for a correction. The chart has not looked good the last two weeks and should continue to be going to slide until, and through a general correction which should come around mid-February, 2000.
