is it not at least possible that religious belief systems have very little at all to do with behavior? It is my opinion that religious beliefs have nothing to do with bad behavior and much to do with good behavior. Laws based on Judeo-Christian principles, as we have here in the U.S., and the moral teachings of the church, parents, schools and peers provide a stark contrast of what behavior is right and what is wrong. Most people live up to the standards taught and enforced most of the time.
