The fundamental thing as time goes by....

is that the person you want to bribe in a hanky panky deal must be worthy of your corruptive bid. Tsar Boric was not. Mr. Gorbachev was.

Les,

The article scored no doubt. Allow me to render my opinion to the main issue which was not even mentioned.

8 Years later with XXX billions gone with the wind and 80% of Russians with less in their pocket's as under Gorby's reign the original cause for all the giving commotion namely the question "what about your missiles in return" remains, unanswered. And no delivery is in sight as the "real" relations between you and them are at ground zero at best.

What makes me nervous is the fact that the dark forces over there know 100% today what NATO expansion and human rights are all about.

Since 8 years we in the West hear millions upon millions of media slaves with Mickey Mouse hats running around in party mood. Pinching each other arms while screaming "WE HAVE WON!"

To launch one SS-18 Mod 4 or 5 which can carry up to 12 MIRVs and can destroy at least 50% of US ICBM silos in one go, does not take much will or brain power. Boris has 1000 of them and he reminded the world just recently about their existence.

Putin you say is in charge now. Oh ya...I actually live in the Republic of Galaxica myself.

Regards,

Eddy Blinker

PS. A few weeks ago, the head of the International Monetary Fund - Michel Camdessus - announced he would leave the IMF-two years before the end of his term. World Bankers! No need to become personal! Face it like men and be candid about it. Boris pulled you over the table. Poetic justice I say. You do it to us every day.
