Margins Keep It Simple, Do you know how hard it is to go form -12% to even 3% margins in retail?......at a time when consumers expect free shipping?.....a 10% discount coupon?......and 3 thank you E-mails? And watch the sales tax get slapped on the E-Tailers this year......it will shave 30%+ off of your somewhat wishful sales estimates for next year. States will not allow their tax base to be eaten away......and to assume that sales taxes will not effect buying habits....would be a mistake. Look for action in the next legislative session. And.....just for fun, use the same valuation formula retail analysts use.......on AMZN......as I think it will become common practice. Yikes! bg
