I don't know if they're laughing so much as smiling nervously. Tobacco - legal, anyway - is becoming an endangered commodity in this country. Now, I'm not a smoker nor do I intend to start anytime soon. But I would mightily resent the government telling me what's good for me or not - to the point of directive. I worry that if they ban tobacco, the slide away from civil liberties to "communitarian" meddling will only accelerate. OK enough politics. Gnight all.
