For those that missed Bill G. on Larry King Live Saturday night:

Bill did good! He came across as a regular likeable guy, not the ruthless robber-baron the DOJ would make him out to be. He took the high road when asked about insults by the crybaby competition (NetScrape). Larry Elson and Scott McMealymouth could learn a lot from Bill about professional conduct. Bill pointed out how MSFT brought all the various hardware configurations under a common interface to the benefit of consumers. He said the OS five years out will be nothing like it is today. No one could get the impression MSFT was short of ideas, or products in the pipeline, after watching the hour long show. When asked by a UK caller why the government was on his case Bill said he didn't understand it either. He hoped the new Chicago Judge could work out a settlement on the DOJ suit.
